Established in 1972, The Parkchester Police Department (PPD) is a law enforcement agency located in the Bronx, whose duties are to protect Parkchester's residents and community. Our officers enforce New York State and New York City Laws. Parkchester officers cover 129 acres, with a residency of over 50,000, 171 residential buildings, and its commercial districts, we pride ourselves on the work that we do. The Parkchester Police Department currently employs more than 100 New York City Special Patrolman and civilians, who are dedicated to serving the public.
